Customers who open an account enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Customers can create a Help Ticket and place reorders.

How long will it take to get my order?
Each Product Page will have a Turnaround Time near the
bottom of the Order Form like this:
- Standard Production Time for most of our products is 5-7 Working Days
(depending on the product)
- This does not include holidays and weekends.
- Production starts after we receive the order, art approved by our art department, and payment.
- Artwork proofs sent for your approval do delay the start of production by 1-2 Days.
- Ship time is additional and is typically 2-5 working days after the order has been sent.
- During Golf Season (May-August) production time may be longer.
- All orders received after 11:00 AM CST will count for the next business day.
- Non printed & overrun items are shipped the next business day after order is received.
- Some multi product kits & factory direct products can take 7 to 10 business days (or longer) for production.
- This information is noted on the Product Description page.
- Rush Services are available on most products. Click here for Rush information.
- Air Shipment Options (UPS 3rd Day, 2nd Day & Next Day) are available on the checkout form.

Placing a Reorder
To Place a Reorder:

Check the Box, then select a date you wish to receive your reminder via email.
Can I see how my logo will look before proceeding with my order?
If you are placing your order online, please pick the option "Email a Proof?"
Your Order will be placed, but we will not start production until you approve your proof.
- Proofs will add 1-2 Business Days to your order.
- The First proof is free, each additional proof (with changes) is $5.00.
- Proof not available if 1 Day Production is selected.
Can I see how my logo will look BEFORE placing my order?
Yes, we are happy to send you a pre order proof for you to see.
Each pre order proof does cost $10. Please send your request to [email protected]
I need to get a printed sample before I place my order.
Sometimes you need to see a physical sample of what you would like to order.
Preproduction samples are available for most products. Cost is $75.00 per item + shipping.
For Golf Ball Samples, $75 Charge includes 3 Golf Balls printed with your Sample Logo
Production Time is 5-7 Working Days.

What if I don't get my order on time?
We do what we can to help if something unexpected happens. Please make sure to relay your "in hands" date, or event date when ordering. This helps us make certain that your order gets to you in time.
When relaying an "In Hands Date" please consider:
- The Turnaround Time of the Item(s) you're ordering
- Shipping Time to your location
- Artwork Proofs will add additional time
Please note: All custom printed products are non-returnable so double check your order and/or your art proof to make sure all details are correct.
Par Golf Supply's liability ceases for delivery and to meet specific in hand dates once the order has been picked up by the transportation company.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations:
Once we have received an order, it is considered firm as production begins almost immediately.
However, it may be possible to cancel depending on where it stands in the production process.
There will be a 4% cancellation fee on any cancelled order. This covers the Credit Card & Artwork Processing Charges.
Order Returns:
There will be a 4% cancellation fee on any cancelled order. This covers the Credit Card & Artwork Processing Charges.
Of course, if we made an error, we will send a replacement order at no cost to you.
No goods may be returned for credit without prior authorization from a Par Golf Representative.
I need to change my Order
Depending on where your order stands in the production process, certain changes can still be made.
Examples include Item Quantity, Ship To Address, Item Color or Imprint
The Quickest way to change an order is to email your request to:

**Please email your change request ASAP after you order to ensure the change can be made.
(We work very quickly around here).
I Made a Mistake & Need a Replacement
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us), especially on spelling and dates. Please take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully.
In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 25% discount. (excluding golf balls).
To enter a replacement online, simply enter REPLACEMENT (all capital letters) in the online order form.
This MUST FIRST be approved by a Par Golf Representative.
You must list the order # you are replacing under “Special Instructions” to get the discount.
Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement order at no cost to you.
Rush Orders
- Rush information is available on each of the product pages, if available.
- Rush Services are not available for all products.

- Standard Turnaround for most of our products is 5-7 working days.

How Can I check the Status of my Order?
If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history by logging into your account using the password you used to create your account.
You can find this Account/Sign Up option up at the top in the header of each page.

What Should I do if I cannot login to my Account?
If you're facing an issue during Login, give this a try:
1.) Double check your email & password. Click "Forgot Your Password?"
You can then enter your email to receive a "Password Reset" Link
If you have an account on the new website, you will receive an
email to reset your password. If you don't see it, please check your Junk folder.
2.) If you are still having issues, email us at [email protected] or

Overrun and Misprinted Items
We at Par Golf do reserve the right to distribute overruns or misprints through normal channels of distribution.
Par Golf reserves the right for all orders to be subject to runs of +/- 5%.
However in most cases, we will ship exact quantities.

Can I Send my Golf Balls for you to Print?
Yes. We provide printing services for golf balls that are supplied by you.
We will be happy to print them and repack them in whatever packaging they come in.
We cannot print on all Golf Ball Brands however.
Ink adhesion will not work on ProV1 and ProV1x Balls or any balls with soft urethane covers.
Note: Permanent adhesion is not guaranteed on golf balls, as balls may have been previously handled or used.
- Production Time is 5 Working Days.
- Shipping costs back to you will be quoted and charged at standard UPS rates.
- PMS Color Matches are $20.00 per color.

Standard Imprint Colors:
Below are our standard imprint colors to choose from at no extra cost. Please note, not every color ink will work on every color product, so if you have any questions please check the website or give us a call and we can help you out.
PMS Colors:
Pantone colors for those who do not know are a standard in the printing industry. Colors are made into swatches, just like paint swatches you see at the store, and those swatches tell us how to mix your specific colors. Each color has a code, we can mix any 3 digit color*
If your logo has specific colors you need it to be printed in, then we will need the corresponding PMS (Pantone Matching System) Code for each color in your logo. Depending on what you are ordering, there may be a charge to match your specific ink colors.
*Note: 3 digit numbers only. Neon colors or 800 numbered inks are not available.
Artwork / Logos
Sending your Logo to us
To submit artwork for your order:
Please send to [email protected] & include your order # in the Subject Line if possible.
What type of files do we accept?
- Artwork created in Illustrator, saved as a .pdf, .eps or .ai is best. Include your Pantone PMS Solid Coated codes for all the colors in your logo. And please, outline all your text!
- Artwork created in Photoshop, saved as a .psd, .jpg or .png please. The best quality file you have is recommended. Artwork sent in a Photoshop file needs to be created at 300 dpi or higher, and no smaller than 3” x 3”.
- Artwork created in InDesign or Corel Draw can also be accepted. Just make sure your text is outlined or converted to curves.
If you don’t know if your artwork will work, just send in what you have when you place your order to [email protected]
Please reference your order number so we know what items the logo will be printed on.
Artwork created and sent in word, excel, power point, paint, etc. will not be accepted. These programs to not preserve sizing, quality and sometimes even the layout. For this reason, we do not use art from these programs.
Remember, the higher quality art sent, the better the print will be!

Need an emailed example of your artwork before we go to print?
Sure! If you are placing your order online, please pick the option "Email a Proof?"

What typestyles are available & what do they look like?
Arial: Best for readability, especially for golf tees. Use this if you have a lot of text.
Lucida Sans: Best for readability, especially for golf tees. Use this if you have a lot of text.
Vogue: Best for readability, especially for golf tees. Use this if you have a lot of text.
Collegiate: Great Bold Font, 1-2 lines of text looks best. 2 Line limit on Golf Tees recommended
Andy Bold: Great balance of boldness & readability - Good for any application.
Arab Brud: Great balance of boldness & readability is used for Single Line Golf Tee Imprints
Comic Sans: Great balance of boldness & readability. Good for any application.
Tekton Pro Bold: Great balance of boldness & readability is used for Single Line Golf Tee Imprints
Monotype Corsiva: Similar to Zaph Chancery, but with improvements. Recommended for Wedding Text
Georgia: Similar to Times New Roman. Professional looking font. Good for Legal Firms and Professional Corporations.
Lucidia Casual: Much like Lucida Sans, just a little fancier.
Trebuchet: Promotes good readability

We offer Flat $5.99 Ground Shipping within the Continental U.S. For orders $75 or More
For Orders under $75, Standard UPS or USPS Rates will apply.
UPS Ground is our standard shipping method. Orders typically ship 5-7 working days from receipt of the order, payment and accepted artwork. Ship time is additional to Production Time, and does not include weekends and holidays. If you have a tight deadline, it may be wise to either choose "Rush Production" on your order, or expedite UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a Physical Address for UPS Shipments. |
Split Ship: We can split your order and send it to multiple addresses (extra fee applied)
Drop Ship: We can Drop Ship your order to a location other than the one placing the order. (no charge)
Orders that ship Air, Expedited, To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International will have an additional charge.
Orders typically ship 5-7 working days from receipt of the order, payment and accepted artwork.

Circumstances which require additional / corrected information may delay shipping of your order.
You will be contacted if additional information or documentation is required.
Such Circumstances Include:
- Delays in Credit Card Authorization (Declined credit cards etc.)
- Delays in artwork approval (if a preproduction was requested)
- Back order of an item (ie. a specific color)
- Shipping Delays (weather, strikes etc.)
Our liability ceases for delivery and to meet specific in hand dates after acceptance of goods by the transportation company.
However, we will make every effort to work with you if UPS delays delivery of your package(s)
Split/Drop Shipping
Split Ship: We can split your order and send it to multiple addresses (extra fee applied)
Drop Ship: We can Drop Ship your order to a location other than the one placing the order. (no charge)
Par Golf can split ship orders or drop ship to a location other than the one placing the order.
Split Ship: Your Order Shipping Charge applies to the first address.
For each additional address, the shipping fee will be added depending on the items ordered.
For Example:
On an order for 60 dozen Golf Balls:
30 dozen ship to one address (normal shipping charge)
20 dozen ship to another address (separate additional shipping charge for that order)
10 dozen ship to another address: (separate additional shipping charge for that order)
Illinois state tax will be added to orders picked up or shipped within the state of Illinois.

Local Pickup
If you are in the State of IL, you can choose to pick your order up at our facility in Schaumburg, IL.
We call you as soon as we get the order up front and it is ready to go.
This is usually after 3 PM of the day it's ready.
Canada Shipping
UPS Ground Shipping is most often used.
U.S. Postal Service Shipping is also used.
Shipping time 4-6 working days, depending on your area of Canada.
***You are responsible for all duties & customs charges at the border.
Orders on the website do not include shipping to Canada.
Shipping to Canada will be an additional charge.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax Exemption for Eligible Customers: (Resellers, Charity Organizations, Schools)
Sales tax (10%) is only charged to orders being shipped within the State of Illinois,
or picked up at our location.
**To be exempt from paying Illinois Sales Tax, we need a valid letter / form from IL Department of Revenue.

You can upload your Tax Exemption Certificate (PDF) from your “My Account” Section for approval.
Once our Accounting Department reviews and approves the form, you will get the Sales Tax Exemption on the Checkout Page.
Your Sales Tax Exemption will expire when on the date stated on your form.
To keep up-to-date, it would be necessary to upload a new form before the expiration date.
**Payment must be made by Credit Card belonging to the Tax Exempt Organization,
and Billing Address must match address of the Tax Exempt Organization
Payment must be made through the tax entity that is approved.
Example:
You work for a school. The school has a tax exempt form, ordering must be done through the school,
not through your personal name address & payment (credit card).
If you do not have an organization credit card and need to pay by check,
please note that we will begin your order at the time payment is received.
