What are Refinished Golf Balls all about? They are used golf balls reconditioned using a modern process in a factory that manufacturers new golf balls. Only balls that are in near perfect or perfect condition in the cover are refinished & sold. No Ink or Pen Marks, only the Manufacturer's Logo appears on the ball (plus your custom logo). Please Note: By law, all refinished balls have a small “Refinished” printed on one pole of the ball. Refinished Golf Balls are accepted by the USGA - Rule 5-1/4!
